So, you can add one or two sentences and you can use complex and compound sentences, simple sentences. So, you add one sentence with another sentence joining the with the conjunctions or connectors or linkers or markers. So, firstly, relax. Next, stop thinking about those things. Thirdly, try to focus on some other alternative measures. Like every day, you can relax watching TV, instead of continuously thinking about exams or studying, you can instead of continuously instead of continuously thinking about your exams, comma, you can focus on a news or music or any other hobby for 15 to 20 minutes, and then continue with your studies. So, you have to limit to five minutes don't speak more than five minutes as far as possible five minutes 30 seconds, it is okay. Otherwise, we have to wait a little bit, we have to wait a little bit. So, in this way we can you know standardise our quality. So, for each question at least seven sentences you can speak so, then it will be very fine for you otherwise what you know if you speak more, it will be overloaded if you speak less it will be under quality, low quality, it should not be low quality and if it is more also it is low quality.
