Re: Mr Robert Joynee, aged 77


Mr Robert Joynee, who was underwent surgery removal of lump, requires ongoing care and appropriate management. He is being discharged today.


Mr Joynee was admitted to the hospital on 10 July 2019, with complaints of muscle pain, leg cramps,severe pin while walking or moving leg. On examination hard lump noted, additionally lenelerness and swelling. He unable to bend knee, his vital signs shows blood pressure 185/102, pulse 88/mt ,Respiration 22/mt, temperature 36.6. He is underwent blood test and x-ray for which, he was recommended analgesics analgesic, ibuprofen as needed. Educated diabetic low-salt diet reviewed by physiotherapy.


On 18 July 2019 Mr Johny surgery was done and removal of lump and sent for hips histopathology, he was recommended antibiotics intravenous 1.2gm,8 tidor 4 days augmenti 750gm tid 7days tab pracetamol 1gm 5 days if paid persistent.


Upon discharge, please monitor blood pressure and blood sugar levels, low salt and diabetic diet. Educated about daily wound dressing, assistended requires for showering. please note, continue Physio, refer to occupational therapist for home modification, encouraged to do daily wound dressing. Additionally suture to be removed by GP on 26 July 2019.


In view of the above, It would be greatly appreciated if continuing monitoring Ms Joynee irs more beneficial.
