Re: Matthew McConaughey, aged 10
I am writing to refer Matthew McConaughey who was diagnosed Refractory asthma include anticholinergics and leukotriene. He requires urgent bronchial thermoplasty further investigation may needed.
05 May 2020, Matthew McCanughey was admitted with complaints of wheezing chest pain, dyspnea and cough, For whichhe is spirometry forced expiratory volume (FEVI) 78% . Prescribed medications low dose corticosteroid, fluticasene 44 mg at two puffs twice per day.
Matthew McCanughey had bronchial asthma for past 3 years for which albuterol rescue inhaler approximately 3 times per week for past 2 yrs. subsequently chest infection for last six months.
Subsequentally Matthew persistence complaints about wheezing, chest pain, dyspnea and cough, allery skin test shows positive to dust, trees.
In view of above circumstances, it would be highly appreciated if could be urgent care and management Matthew.
