Re: Mr Robert jaynee,aged 77


Mr joynee,who is recuperating from lump removal needs further assistance and evolution from your facility, following the discharge today.


On 10 July 2019, Mr joynee admitted to hospital with complaints of calf muscle pain in the left leg associated with exams and severe pain while at lower leg,was observed. In addition,unable to bend knee and hard lump was noted. Certain investigations like full blood count and x-ray of left leg was taken. For management of pain ihrofen 400mg was administered and if pain increases cap trumadol 50 mg,as needed was prescribed.


On 18 July 2019, underwent lump removal and biopsy was sent for histopathology. During hospitalization, intravenous antibiotics augmentin 1.2gm for 4 days was commenced and lateron switched to capsule for 7 days. Also, it pain persists paracetamol,1gm twice a day was prescribed along with to continue physiotherapy was suggested wound is healing well due to dressing and needs assistance to perform daily activities.


Mr joynee, a retired postman has history of hypertension and diabetes since 2010 and 2015 respectively,for which,managed by medications.


Based on the above mentioned circumstances, mentoring of daily wound dressing and post medications is beneficial. Law salt and diabetic diet were suggested. Removal of sutures on 26 July 2019 was advised,along with monitoring of vital signs was suggested.
