Re:Mr Yanlin Ma DOB:12 March 1980
I am referring Mr Yanlin Ma who has been recovering after the repair of aortic aneurysm and aortic root replacement.He requires assistance and needs to be visited prior to his discharge on 09 April 2012.
Mr Ma is an international student on scholarship for masters in information technology from China.He is single and has no relative in Australia.His mother has arrived recently to help him; however, she has been facing communication barrier.He used to smoke 5 to 6 cigarettes daily and has life style ailments such as obesity (Wt 105 kg) and hypertension.
Mr Ma presented to hospital on 31 March 2012 with the severe chest and back pain.Various examinations confirmed the cardiac problems forwhich he underwent the surgery.Post-operatively he has made a good progress.Apart from that he has been commenced on physiotherapy.
In view of the above,it would be greatly appreciated if you could see him in our department and arrange a new accommodation due to his lease on rental appartment has expired.Please update his status to the immigration department as his visa will be expire soon and his university needs to be informed that he is unable to complete the semester assessment on time.Kindly introduce him to smoking cessation and weight reduction programmes.
