During postoperative period, she has made a significant recovery including tolerate the fluids and light diet; however, she has been noted to be anxious regarding the changes in lifestyle adaptation. Apart from this, has bruise over the catheter insertion site.

Ms Martin, had angioplasty on 2008. Additionally, she has had coronary artery disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia forwhich, she is on medications. Medication chart has been enclosed with this letter.Along with this, she has a family history of coronary artery disease. She is leading a sedentary lifestyle thus, (BMI 29.5 ) reveals as a overweight.
