Re: Mr Lionel Ramamurthy,63years


I am writing to update Mr Lionel Ramamurthy who was admitted on4 february 2019 with the diagnosis of pneumonia. He will be discharge tomorrow.


Mr Ramamurthy presented to hospital followed by fever,rigor,sleeplessness and generalised ache and also he had shortness of breath,inspiratory and expiratilory wheezing and chest and abdominal pain due to persistent coughing.


Presently,Mr Ramamurthy recuperating well to his condition.All his inflammatory markers were back to normal.Now he is having dry cough with decreased chesty and abdominal pain. He gained 1.5 kg during hospital ay.


Upon tomorrow's discharge paracetamol may be administered if needed for chest and abdominal pain.He is advised to keep him warm.Mr Ramamurthy requires good nutrition which includes increased fluids, eggs, fruits and vegetables along with that his diet plan need to be monitored everyday.In addition to that,kindly please encourage him to do deep breathing and coughing exercises .In order to that while sitting he is preferred in lying down position to ensure postural drainage.
