Re:Mr David Felix,aged 23


Mr David Felix, who is suspected to have permanent neurological damage following an accident,requires continuing care and support. He is being transfetrd to your facility.


On 06 April 2007,Mr Felix admitted with broken neck and fractured pelvis along with suspected to have permanent neurological damage, which is affecting mobility, speech and memory areas;therefore, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and speech therapyhas been initiated. He had frequent headache, which was treated with nurofen 200g. Bed sores were improved after starting mobility. Presently, shows a good progress and begins using a wheelchair.


Mr Felix is a third year architectual student, who lives alone in a flat. Parents are willing to care for him and they may returns to home eventually. Long term rehabilitation is recommended for him.


It would be greatly appreciated, if you could involve Mr felix in a different activities such as reading and writing. Also allow him to intract with people in his own age to avoid depression. Kindly contact the university for external studies.
