Re: Ms Betty Olsen,aged 89


Ms Betty Olaen, who requires your urgent assessment and management for her persistent chest pain, is being transfered to your facility.


On 07 July 2009 Ms Olsen complaint of shoulder pain, which was managed with two panadil and one normission. After two days, she complaints of indigestion along with persistent issues.


Today, Ms Olsen appeared tired, weak, and nauseated. On examination, blood pressure 180/95 was recorded. At 10.45pm, during reassessment, patient looks pale, sweaty and distressed and complaints of chest pain. Her blood pressure was 190/100.


Ms Olsen is widow. She has had hyperthyroidism, hupertension and glaucoma since 1997,2003 and 2004 respectively. Allergic to penicillin qas reported. She is on karvea 150mg, oroxine 0.1mg and normision 10mg along with glaucosamine and vitamin C from over the counter.


Based on the aforementioned circumstances, your valuable assessment and management is extremily beneficial to improve Ms Olsen Health condition.
