Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Ms Jamie Morgan, aged 61

I am writing behalf of Ms Jamie Morgan, who is recovering from a coronary artery bipass graft. She requires advice on dietary habits.

Ms Morgan lives alone. She smokes and drinks excessively. Her height is 177cm and weight is 96kg. She follows a sedentary life style and eat unhealthy food such as sausage, deep fried chips, burgers and eggs.

Ms Morgan was admitted to hospital on 27 September 2017.She was diagnosed with obstructive coronary artery disease; for which, she underwent surgery successfully. Her post-operative recovery was uneventful. She was recommended to stop smoking and reduce alcohol level. Low fat diet and light exercises aloso advuced for her. Presently, her wound is healing well. She is ready to be discharge.

In view of the above, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send the informations of low fat dietary guidelines and healthy simple recipes to her home address;9476 Old Dam Road, Goondiwindi QLD 4390

Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours faithfully,
