Postoperatively mother and child has been showed excellent progress on their recovery, based on they have been discharged from the hospital.

After a week of discharge during a home visit,Mrs Chueng was seem to be worried due to the post surgery;however, she was reluctant to seek medical attention.

Ms Chueng, recently migrated from Vietnam to Australia with husband and three children whereas, no friends or family in Australia. In addition, she has a great family responsibility along with her learning process.Apart from this, she has no surgical history or medical illnesses.

Please make sure that,Mrs Chueng's comprehensive understanding related to the indication of above-mentioned surgery has been clarified. Based on the the aforementioned circumstances, arrangements regarding management plan would be profoundly beneficial to enhance her health condition.
