Re: Ms Anna Dijana, aged 42 years
I am writing to request a home visit for Ms Anna Dijana, for providing medical and nursing care,scheduled for discharge today.She had fracture of right proximal and lateral tibia and underwent external fixation and fasciotomies.
On 15 July 2018, she had fall from stairs. Consequently, fractures stabilized and post surgical wound was dressed daily. She attained good recovery.
Ms Dijana, has had seizures,for which she is taking carbamazepine.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist her in dressing and other nursing care.
