Re: Mrs Margaret Goldstein, aged 65 years,
I am writing to update the current health status of Mrs Goldstein,who has been diagnosed with right elbow with dislocation. She is scheduled for the discharge today and back to your facility for permanent full time care.
During hospitalization ,she has managed well according to her needs.Presently,her dislocated right elbow healing gradually and supported with sling .For mobilization,uses wheelchair,however; requires assistance while transferring. Apart from this,has involuntary bladder habit ,but oppose to wear disposable garments.
She attain a good recovery.The elbow healing process to be monitored closely and assistance required in incontinent bladder care.Oxycodone 5mg thrice daily to be continued as required,atacand plus 32/12.5 25mg and remeron 15mg daily.Please note that, she has scheduled for physiotherapy on 28th November 2016,2pm at Eventide.
It would be greatly appreciated,if you could guide towards her overall care.
