Re: ms jane simms, aged 46
I am writing to update the current heath status of ms simms, who has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis . she requires continued care at home following discharged today.
Ms simms was admitted to hospital with the complaint of exacerbation and obesity. she is depressed since she stopped working. she was commenced on prothioden 150mg daily for depression and corticosteroids for her exacerbation . with healed wound on right buttock. she has been continued with range of motion, streching and strenthening exercises along with occupational therapy. she was on low calorie diet.
ms simms lives with her sister in 3 bedroom house. she worked as graphie artist . she has had multiple sceloris since 20 years.
Based on above mentioned circumstances , she requires continous monitoring medication complaince especially , prothiaden will be greatly beneficial maintaining of skin integrity is highly recommended . please note regular weight monitoring and exercise programme. in addition to that , encouragement regarding new activities and interest will be extremely helpful.
