Re: Tracy Chapman, aged 20
Tracy chapman, who underwent an appendectomy has been recovering excellently. she requires your cooperation and supervision to manage hers of along with children, upon her discharge today.
Post operatively, excellent recovery was observed on routinely basis. light diet and fluids were easily tolerated . Also , the wound was healed and sutures were removed at the time discharge . walking is being managaable normally without assistance . two panodel tablets thrice a day are commenced for pain relieve.
In addition , moderate exercise along with adequate rest is recommended . Restricted from heavy lifting or other physical activities for 6 weeks . high protein diet is required . Wound infection should be observed carefully. couselling regarding " home help" is neccessary .
Tracy is a single mother lives in a rented house with her three children, who all are below five year age. single mother's pension is the only source of income . Tracy's mother was there at home being taking care of children only till tracy's discharge from hospital.
Based on above mentioned circumstances, you valuable support and care efferts towards tracy's health condition and in providing assistance for children care would be extremely appreciated.
