Re: mrs Sally Fletcher , aged 25
Ms Sally Fletcher , who is recuperating from laparoscopic surgery requires your appropriate supervision following her discharged today.
On 25 March 2018, ms Fletch was admitted to hospital due to frequent acute menstrual pain associated with left lower quadrant pain, which persisted despite taking naproxen, accompanying with intermittent constipation. Trans vaginal ultrasound revealed, 6 cm cyst and diagnosed endometriosis. Post operatively , incision site was maintained clean and dry . Exerssive consumption of fluids were encouraged and returning to regular diet can be considered. Depending upon her ability mobilization is considered. On evaluation all the laboratory test reported within normal range. Orientation regarding person , time , place and situation is noticed . Activity of daily living for instance consumption of feeding, urination mobilization independently.
Ms Fletcher is an accountant . She preferred western diet and exercises three times per week. She was trying for a child since 3 years , any shy to discuss sexual history.
Based on above mentioned circumstances, ms Fletcher was advised for showering from next day and driving can be permitted only 24-48 hours after final dose of analgesic however , resumption of sexual activity after fore night is recommended.
