Re: Mr. Sally Fetcher, aged 25
I am updating about Mrs. Fetcher, who was diagnosed with endo metrosis,
Requites, care and management, being discharged today.
On 25 March, Mrs. Fletcher, presented to the hospital with complaint of frequent acute menstrual pain, which localised to the lower left quadrant, despite taking over-the- counter naproxen, however constipation associated with pain also monitored , therefore a trans-vaginal ultrasound was done, which revealed 6cm cyst in endometrial area. Consequently, has undergone Laparoscopic surgery. Past surgery observation are unremarkable orientation with regards to person, place, home, situatuon are excellent. Education regarding excessive resumption of overall fluids to keep post-operative site clean and dry, were initiated. Both can be taken next day of surgery.
Mrs. Fletcher, is a accountant and has had history of painfull periods since three years. Trying to consider from past one year.
Based on above mentioned circumstances; mrs. Fletcher, requires enckuragement reuring to the regular diet gradually. If tolerant and confident ambulation is encouraged, sexual activitites is restricted before fortnight of daily living are possible without external assistance. Transportation to home is profound beneficial , because she can not drive. If you require additional information, please donot hesitate to contact me.
