Re: Bethany Tailor, aged 35

I am referring Ms. Tailor, who was diagnosed with schizophrenka, for regular monitoring and continuing care from your facility following her discharge today.

On 1 March 2018, Ms. Tailor was self-admitted to this hospital with the deteriorair schizophrenia. On admission, she seemed to be aggressive and agitative and was behaving into internal stimulation wih thought block suspension. Despites, she was experiencing auditory and visual hallucinations with suicidal attempts. As the illness progressive, her delusions conduction of behavioural therapy would be beneficial in restoring her behaviour. Resperidone one my two times-a-day can be administered additionally, when she gets signs of agitation or psycosis.
