Mr Jim Middleton, Second World War veteran, who has been recuperating from inguinal hernia, requires assistance and support for pension and social well-being from your services.

Mr Middleton lives with her wife, named Olga in their own house with a large garden. The couple was proudly independent and maintaining well. The concerns about income has been reported due to drastic fall in stock market. Postoperatively, the condition of couple is not adequate to manage the house garden by their own and also home help is not affordable at the moment.

In addition, transportation is considerable ongoing issue. No close conveyance is reported. Hence, relies on taxis. Driving is prohibited for the next six weeks for Mr Middleton. Also, lifting of heavy objects is restricted. Olga’s general health is reported good but have difficulties with hearing, becoming increasingly deaf. Troubles in having phone conversations is observed.

Therefore, eligibility pension and other assistance is highly imperative. A home visit would be greatly appreciated by Olga. For perusal home address is 22 Alexander Street, Belmont, Brisbane 4153, phone (07) 69465173.
