Re : Mr Bill O'Riley
DOB: 12 January 1959
I am writing on behalf of Mr O'Riley,who requested an advice on low fat dietary guidelines and healthy simple recipes. He is being discharged home today.
Mr O'Riley was admitted to the hospital on 02 September 2012 with the diagnosis of obstructive coronary artery disease and underwent coronary artery bypass graft on 04 September 2012 .Post-operatively, he made routine recovery .
Mr O'Riley lives alone in his home own home He smokes 20 cigarettes per day and drinks alcohol 600 ml of bear Per day .His height is 170 cm and weight is 99 kg. BMI level is overweight. His usual diet were sausages,deep fried chips, eggs and McDonald's .Please note that, he is allergic to nuts.
Mr O'Riley was advised to quit smoking and reduced intake of alcohol ,as well as ,decreased the fat in Diet.
