Re: Mr Felix Seastine, DOB: 12 January 1956
Mr Felix Seastine, who underwent coronary artery bypass grafts due to obstructive coronary artery disease and is being discharged today. He requires dietary and healthy lifestyle guidance for management of facial acne.
In regards of medical history, depression related to warty face has been reported. Hormone reduction therapy is taken to reduce immense production of testosterone. Over use of face creams approximately 20-30 times per day along with face washing is noted. Hence, obsessive compulsive disorder is being suggested. Allergies related to nuts and oily food has been reported.
In addition, high fat consumption is observed, the diet included sausages, deep fried chips, eggs, burgers, KFC and occasionally rice pudding is seen. Body mass index showed grade two obesity. Cigarettes smoking and alcohol consumption are also noted as 20 cigarettes and 2 bottles of beer every day respectively.
Mr Seastine is advised for smoking cessation and alcohol reduction but hindrance is observed. Also, restrictions on high fat diet are suggested, yet resistance has been observed.
Based on the aforementioned circumstances, as Mr Seastine has requested you for management of facial acne, healthy and simple diet for more practical advice and expert guidance for lifestyle changes would be profoundly beneficial.
