Mr. Oliver Harry, who has had hypertension since 2011,requires therapeutic counselling for Oliver and his wife. He is being discharge today.
On admission, with complaint of hypertension became extremely unstable. He was demanding administrative position. He has strong values regarding work and can afford high quality treatment. He has had resistant severe depression and anxiety disorder from 2006. He has failed ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy) and antidepressants treatment. He has had suicidal only for a short time in the last three years but neglect to meet public mental health.
Mr Harry married and has two children. 15 yrs old son, who has down's syndrome lives permanently in a disability centre which is an hour away. He and his wife demand his psychiatrist advice so that early retirement and applied for a disability support pension. He has potential to do suicidal thoughts. For hypertension, he takes norvasac 10 mg daily.
Based on the above aforementioned circumstances, your immediate observation and appropriate management of Mr France's health and condition would be profoundly beneficial. In case any additional information is required, please do not hesitate to contact me.
