Re:Ms. Betty johnson, aged 31
Thnakyou, for seeing Ms. Johnson who was undergone a right total-knee replacement surgery on 25 February 2015, and requires followup assessment and management accordingly with in a week after being discharging today.
Ms. Johnson had uneventfull post-operative recovery, she was managed with proper analgesics anti -coagulant, anf antibiotics Warfarin 40mg , at night, feraldin 150 mg at morning, paracetamol 1gm fourth hourly, and oxycodone five-ten mg as per need were prescribed as discharge medications. Repeat FBE and INR were advised upon follow-up visit. Following, third day of operation, removal of wound dressing as well as alternative clips were removed; further clips removal was done on sites march subsequently, cruches mobilization were initiated.
On 07 March, Ms. Johnson was traferred for rehabilitation. Duration of stay was normal. Mobility with frame and trail stuk was started. The wound was exposed well. Now, she is ready to discharge within home nursing assisstance for her activities of daily lives. Rehabilitation appointment in two weeks is scheduled.
