Re: Mr. Alan Marco, aged 38
Mr. Alan Marco, who was diagnosed with sight atitis external probably due to increased water activity, and uncontrolled blood sugar level, requises urgant constulation and assessment from your services.
Today morning, mr masco was complaing of right our pain as Scored up for the last five days. Reported for which "self bais" Cribed Paracetamol was not effective. upon examination the right car was warm, tender, and discaloured red the ear Conal was read and swellin. In addition, tympanic membrane appeared pale green in colour and his blood Sugar level was unstable. There for daily monitoring of blood, sugar level along with increased of Insuline dose was advised. she was commenced with ibuprofen for pain. Avoiding swimming activities and cotton ball insertion was advised.
Mr. Marco, was on family vaction for fortnight, during the two-weeks stay, regulas active participation in scuba diving and daily swimming were noted. He has had type 1 diabetes mellitus for which he is on Insuline.
Based on the aforementioned Circumstances, reviewing insulin therapy and pain management are necessary. Immacliate assessment and morgonet of Mr. Marco's health Condition, would be profoundly beneficial. If you requiss any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
