on 07 July 2008, Mr Middleton was admitted with definitive Symptoms of left inguinal hermin. Post operatively he reports Some pain on movement bull has resorernal well from the Surgery and doctor alviaal him to doscharge within 48 hours. He is a second World War vetexan who rendered his service in Bornen for two years. He was also a prisoner of was also a prisoner of war for 16 months.

My Middleton lives in his own home with a large gradon, which his family

have been maintaining without any financial assistance. The family

could also manage well from the investment income However mrs alga is new concerned of the severe stack monsket fall and faxeases a financial crisis.

Mr and Mrs Middleton are aged and their only son lives in the united States Mrs Middleton does not drive and there is no close public transportation facility. she thinks here family is how eligible to receive a Pension and assistance from you. She is quite unaware of the paruce dure to seek assistance from you, but does not want to trouble her husband.
