Re: Tim Michlleton, aged 84
Jim Middleton, who was admitted to the surgery Ward on 7 July 2008 with diagnosed left inguinal hernia Jallarked by surgery of hernia repaire. He requires observation and support. He is being dischary of today.
He was diagnosed hypertension in 1998. Currently, he is an atacand 4mg once a day.
After surger no serious complications were noted. Mr Jim experinced mild pain while ambulating, but has recuperate Completely.
Jim's wife, Mrs olgo Worried their financial resources and Conefance issue. She think they may now eligible to have
Pension and other support from the department of veterans
upon discharged, advised to keep away hisself from heavy lifting. Besides, that driving is not allowed atlease six weeks. two Panadol recommend every sixe hourly for relied of pain and advised light exercise. post operative an appointment has been schedule on // August at loAm. In addition, Communicated with the department of venteran veterans affairs for eligiblety of Pension and home support.
