Re: Mr Trump Shaniyo, aged 78
I am writing to refer Mr Trump Shaniyo who underwent below knee replacement. He requires physiotherapy assistance and educator for assisstive. He let to he dischraged today.
Mr Shaniyo was admitted on 06 May 2016 with suggestive features of diabetic neuropathy, therefore he underwent surgery. Post operatively he treated symptomatically. He was provided with daily dressing initiated physiotherapy section. Presently he can walks 2-3 slipe wirh assisstence device, however he is unable ti use device properly. He is anxious about his condition and hesitant to use artificial limb.
Mr Shaniyo lives with wife. He has had diabetic mellitus since 20 years and he is on insulin.
Kindly visit Mr Shaniyo at home and continue ongoing exercise. Please educated him to use assisstive device properly.
