Re: Mrs Jasmine Thompson, aged 75.


Ms Thompson, who had been underwent right total shoulder replacement, so require appropriate care and being discharged today.


Ms Thompson got admitted to our hospital with the diagnosis of right shoulder osteoarthritis, which was managed with Voltareb 50mg storey house and daughter well stay still one month.


Post operatively, to observe the position of right shoulder ray was performed. After discharge need to provide cold compression right shoulder and requires wound should be clean and dry. Andalen requires physiotherapy as per TSR protocol like neck range of movement exercises, elbow; hand and pendulan along with arm sling to the right land and should not lifting four weeks, after 10 days follow-up to orthopaedic department for staples removal can be contactable by phone till monday to friday for any other concerns.


Assisstance is requires for monitoring above condition as well as administration of Clexane to subcutaneous for four days as to treatment for the DVT. Andalen requires wrist with bathing.


Based on the aforementuoned circumstances provide continuous care and appropriate management. It would be profoundly beneficial.
