Re: Mrs Theresa Wimbledon, aged 74

I am writing to update the current health status of Mrs Theresa Wimbledon who is suspected to have dementia. Further investigation and treatment would be appreciated.

0n 21 june 2021, Mrs Wimbledon sustained a knee injury and infection for which daily dressing was performed and medicines were given through home visits. He was unable to recognize anyone and same dress was found. On subsequent days, his improvement shows good progress; however, medicines ignorance has been recorded.

During the time of his care, mild bedsores and urinary tract infection were noticed due to which over the counter medicines were administered.

Today, Mr Wimbledon's neighbor reported that his behavior has changed including mood swings, social isolation and some signs of memory loss. Standing on the balcony with drooping and motionless has been recognized .

Based on the above circumstances, kindly provide further management to improve his current condition.
