Dear Mrs Tran,

Mrs Guy Hoang Chueng is a migrant, has recuperated well from child birth through ceasarean section 27 days ago and she has been suffering from depression. Mrs Chueng requires assistance and encouragement from your facility.

Mrs Chueng has underwent ceasarean section on 10 July 1992 and given birth to a healthy baby. After 10 days, the mother and the baby was discharged. However, Mrs Chueng has been not understood the circumstances in hospital due to language barrier and cultural differences.

Mrs Chueng recently migrated to Australia from Vietnam with her family. She is having 3 children's and all are going to school. Moreover, despite having active social life, she was facing problem due to language barrier. In addition, she is not having any other relatives in Australia.

Therefore, depression since operation and laying on bed continues suspects the circumstances of operation. Moreover, she is physically well and resistance to medications in hospital has been noticed,

Pertaining to the above mentioned circumstances, it would be greatly appreciated if you could monitor her understandings of ceasarean section and provide her encouragement by home help facility.

Yours faithfully
