Re:John Alex Frederick

Dear Forest,
Iam writing on behalf of Mrs Norah, wife of Mr John Alex Frederick. He had left knee injury two days before and now healing well. He requires daily home visors for monitoring and assessing his condition.
Mr Frederick recently falled when climbing stairs and got badly left knee injury. Therefore, his GP referred him to Raymond Health Care Agency for daily dressing and assist him in taking daily shower. Furthermore, there was no signs of infection noticed during redressing. In addition, Mr Frederick mobilizing accompanied by his wife and complains of usual pain during walking.
In view of his medical history, he had stroke in 2016 and has been suffering from impaired balance, slurred speech slightly and I'll during walking. However, he is ex-smoker, occasional drinker and lives with her wife.
Based upon the aforementioned circumstances, knee healed well and advised to continue Amoxicllin 500mg and suggested to walk with walking stick. It would be greatly appreciated if you could do home visit for physiotherapy and to assist him in mobilization. Please note that, he is having consultation with speech pathologist for speech therapy once in 2 weeks.
If you require further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Your's sincerely
Richel Farah
