Iam writing to refer Mr Jamie Morgan who requires an information regarding low fat diet and simple recipes. He is recuperating from coronary bypass surgery.


Mr Morgan was admitted on 27 september 2017 and was diagnosed with obstructive coronary artey disease ,for which the surgery was performed.He has attained good post-operative recovery.During hospitilisation,he was advised to quit smoking and minimise alcohol consumption, as he smokes 30 cigrattes in a day and consumes alcohol in excess.In addition,he is maintaining a low fat diet. Currently, his wounds are healing well and walks without any assistance.


Mr Morgan lives alone and works as a fencing contractor. His usual diets are sausages,deep fried chips,burgers,eggs and macdonalds.His weight is 96kg and height is 177cmm respectively.


In view of the above information, kindly provide guidelines of low fat diet. He is advised to continue his rehabilitation exercise programme. Please note that he has an appointment with local general practitioner Dr Stevenson George at 2pm on 10 October 2017.Of note,he is allergic to peanuts.
