Mr. Peterson an 18 years old student at this school is transferred to your University for continuing of education. Presented symptoms of hair loss anxiety and depression.

Initially Peterson visible with hair loss and anxiety referred to tricelblogy specialist [ betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% cream commenced for 3 months] personality changes, aggression and sleep loss observed medication stopped. No more hair loss noticed since 2014 - 2018. Restarting hair loss and increase anxiety in December 2018. 6kg weight was reduced within 2 months. Peter was hesitated to visit doctor again for homeopathy [ Kalium Carbonium and silica] Become upset when no improvement after homeopathic treatment. An appointment was made with school counselor but Peter was unable to attend. Alcohol consumption increase minimum 2 - sundays over. The exam recently in school suffered a lot of anxiety and hair loss.

Mr. Peter is anxious about transferred to University and about living independently he should be if you could monitor his condition and ensure special exam arrangement he made.
