Re: Ms. Jane Simms, aged 46
Ms. Jane Simms who was diagnosed with progressive multiple sclerosis, requires rehabilitative care and management is ready for discharge back into your care tomorrow.
On 26 July 2008, Ms. Simms was admitted with the complaintd of recent exacerbation of obesity, increased depression and pressure ulcer on right gluteal rehion were observed. However, the condition was managed with ACTH, adrenocorticotropic hormone, corticosteroids and prothiaden 150 mg daily along with desulepin hydrochloride for depression was commenced.
On subsequent day, bedsore was healed through high quality nursing care. Education was provided regarding low calorie diet. Range of kotion, stretching and stregnthening exercises and occupational therapy were indicated.
Currently, excellent progress in all our health status was reported regular monitoring of steroid medication is necesaary. Maintainng of good skin integrity if highly recommended. In order to got optional body weight and continuing of previous exercises regimen is suggested.
