Re: Mr David felix, aged 23
I am writing to transfer ms david felix , who has been recuperating from broken neck and fractured pelvis, He requires on going rehabilitation and assessment.
Mr. felix was admitted in the royal adeloade hospital due to a car accident 3 months ago. He was unablites to move due to permanent neurological damage with lose of memory and speech. Therefore initiated with regular physitherapy, hydrotherapy twice a week and speech therapy three limits a week was initiated
During hospitalization , mr felix mada good progress with using a wheel chair however , he requires high level of attention occationally.
Mr. felix is a single lives in a rental flat. He is a student at adelaide university . his parents are increased to provide personal attention to wards him.
In view of the above circumstances, encourage him to participate in community access in his age group and reading , working activites. please contact with university reading continuation of studies externally. Please note that, initially he is eligible for disability pension along with monitor his metications nurden 200 mg maximum & limes a days for frequent headaches.
