Re: Mr Bill Oriel, DOB: 12 January 1956


Mr Bill Oriel, who was diagnosed with obstructive coronary artery disease and underwent a coronary artery bypass grafts on 4th September 2008, has seeked guidelines on low fat diet and healthy simple recipes.


Mr Oriel, IA a fencing contractor lives alone having weight and height was 99 kilograms and 170 centimeters respectively. Daily dietary regimen was sausages, deep fried chips, eggs and McDonald's. He is allergic to nuts and smokes 20 cigarettes per day. Also consumes 600 milliliters of alcohol per day.


During post-operative period, he was on low fat diet and performed routine recovery. Directed him to reduce the consumption of alcohol as well as quiet the habit of smoking.


Upon discharge, rehabilitation exercise program to be continued with the local physiotherapist. A follow-up appointment, with the general practitioner Dr. Avril Jensen t 2 pm on 15 September 2009.


Based on the aforementioned circumstances, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send a healthy dietary plan and recipes to Mr Oriel's home address 9476 Old Dam Road, Woodwind Q4390. In case, additional information is required, kindly do not hesitate to contact me.
