I am upaling the current health condition of Ryan who was diagnosed with bilateral Conjunctivitis requires home cave management, following his discharge today.
On 12 July 2019, Ryan was admitted to the isolation ward with the compliments of fever ,101 degree along with itching and redness in left eye was reported. During examination, watery discharge from both eyes, as well as ederatous ete lid and difficulty in Sealing were noticed. Therefore commented on dicetamination, 500mg thrice a clay for fever, cephotaxim 5mg injection twice a day, and Hoxasin 0.1% eye drop foure time per day started.
During hospitalization, Ryan has remarkable progress, watery discharge and fever reduced but slightly edem on both eyes still present. Hence, all injustable medication were changed to orall tablets form, still attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and irritation was observed. The day of dischaige, he was complaining sever pain, blurred vision, redness and watery discharge from both eyes, and high tempature 104 degree fahren he if therefore injection paracetamol, and, tepid sponging, was abblied Blood investigation revealed, ESR. 85mm and total blood count increased
Ryan lives with parents and siblings, has had history of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Since 2014.
