Thank you for seeing mrs eggleston who was diagnosed with stage 24 lung canser .She requires expertised assessment and ongoing management accordingly.


Mrs Eggleston was presented with the complaints of respiratory symptoms like Cntere cough, shortners of breath, pain in the chest shoulder and back ,shortness of breath harsh sounds during breathing and abnormality in sputum. During assessment Chest x-ray was not clear and CT-scan result revealed that stage 2A lung cancer the tumor size is 5.5 cm and it has been spreaded across lymphs nodes.


Mys Eggleston has had type two diabetes mellitus, hypertension stomach ulets, anhle injury and chronic postructive pulmonary disease since 2002, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2012 respectively, and has been taken metformin 500 my, thrice daily aa oral hypogly caemic agent and ramipril 5mg daily hertension. Her husband is a non-buther, Betol liquid has taken offently. No family has been reported.
